*$50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING.
*TOTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS.
The client shall rent the photo booth they choose and pay a total of $50 deposit. The deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure your date and time .
The balance is to be paid on the day of the event before the event begins.
CIient represents:
•$50 non refundable deposit is due at time of booking
•Good access for guests to use the photo booth
• Access to the location must be a paved surface and where the booth will be located must be on solid surface. Exceptions can be made
• 120 electrical outlet within 10 feet
• Client indemnifies the rental from any injury occurred due to carelessness or misuse of the equipment
• We may use photo examples from rental for marketing purposes.
•No jumping or playing on equipment while in motion. (Upper Body Movement Only!)
• Parents or an adult must supervise kids at all times while using the photo booths
•Client will be responsible for all damages their guests occur.
• In the event of a cancellation after staff has arrived or arrived and setup booth the client will Incur a $75 charge
We represent:
• Photo booth and to stay the duration of the agreed upon time
• Setup and take down
• 2 coordinators to maintain photo booth and encourage use
• If mechanical failure should occur during rental time, client will only be charged for the time the booth was functioning
